RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                              
Shareholders are referred to the circular to JCI shareholders dated 19 February 
2010 relating to the Litigation Settlement Agreement between JCI, R&E, Investec,
Letseng, and certain other Parties ("the Litigation Settlement Agreement") and  
are advised that at a general meeting of JCI shareholders held today, all       
resolutions relating to the Litigation Settlement Agreement were approved by the
requisite majority of JCI shareholders.                                         
RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                              
Shareholders are reminded that the listing of the company`s shares on the JSE   
Limited remains suspended and the company still has not published audited       
accounts for the year ended 31 March 2005 and subsequent years. Accordingly     
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the    
company`s securities over the counter.
